Man attacked in subway train

Yesterday afternoon two unknown men were attacking a Black man in a subway train in Lichtenberg (City of Berlin). The 36 -year-old African was in a train of the underground line U5 in direction Hönow road between the stations Frankfurter Allee and Magdalene Street about 05.15 p.m. when he was suddenly and without a word attacked by two men. The attackers sprayed mace in his face and kicked him several times. At the station Magdalenenstraße they left off by their victims and the attackers left the car. The 36 -year-old suffered minor injuries and was treated in a hospital as an outpatient. The Police State Protection of State Criminal Office has taken over the investigation.

Zwei Unbekannte haben gestern Nachmittag einen Mann in einem U-Bahnzug in Lichtenberg angegriffen. Der 36-jährige Afrikaner war in einem Zug der U-Bahnlinie U5 in Richtung Hönow unterwegs, als er gegen 17 Uhr 15 zwischen den Bahnhöfen Frankfurter Allee und Magdalenenstraße von zwei Männern unvermittelt und wortlos angegriffen wurde. Die Täter sprühten dem 36-Jährigen Reizgas ins Gesicht und traten ihn mehrfach. Am Bahnhof Magdalenenstraße ließen die Angreifer von ihrem Opfer ab und verließen den Waggon. Der 36-Jährige erlitt leichte Verletzungen, die in einem Krankenhaus ambulant behandelt wurden. Der Polizeiliche Staatsschutz des Landeskriminalamtes hat die Ermittlungen übernommen.
